Best price guarantee
If the Customer should find a lower price elsewhere within 24 hours of booking on our website, Marty's undertaking to match the lowest rate and to offer a discount in the amount of 10%.
Guarantee policy
The full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.
Cancellation policy
The reservation can be canceled for free 30 days before arrival. All expenses related to the reservation are at the cost of the client. (It may include bank fees, payment processing fees, agency commissions, taxes, etc.). In case of nonusage: Earnings from a substitute accommodation contract, as well as saved expenses will be deducted.
In the event of the Customer's failure to show up on the first day of his/her reservation of an Accommodation Service ("no show"), the Customer's reservation will be canceled in full. The Customer is informed that in such a case, the hotel will put his or her rooms up for sale and if the reservation is non-cancellable / non-exchangeable / non-refundable, the Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement or compensation. If the reservation is guaranteed by credit card or had been the subject of a bank pre-authorization, the Establishment will charge the Customer the cost of the total amount of the reservation on the credit card that has been given as a guarantee for the reservation.
Modification of reservation
Any modification of the reservation may be possible upon availability, please contact us for assistance.
In case the modification is not possible and the customer would like to cancel the reservation, the cancelation policy will be effective.
In case of modification, the room rate will be updated to the most current rate and the customer will pay the price difference. In case of modification from higher to lower rates, the difference will not be refunded and will cover the administrative expenses and efforts required for changing the reservation.
Special requirements (Covid-19)
Covid-19 vaccine, PCR, or Antigen tests are not required for your accommodation.
Due to official regulations, we cannot accommodate guests who have had contact with COVID-19 infected persons in the last 14 days or have symptoms of acute respiratory disease of any severity or fever.
Due to the current situation, there are many indications & restrictions for getaways to Bulgaria. So, please be informed about any local regulations at your destination. Check-in Policy
The room is available from 14:00 except in the case of Early Check-In.
Early check-in is possible form 12.00 for an additional surcharge of 39 EUR.
Check-out Policy
The room must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest.
Late checkout is possible until 13.00 for an additional surcharge of 39 EUR.
Special term for children
Minors below the age of 18 must be accompanied by a person with parental authority. The pool is open daily from 8.00 until 19.00 for children below the age of 12 accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The pool is not secured by lifeguards and the guests are fully responsible for their safety and the safety of their children.
Terms for pets
Pets are not allowed in our apartments and there are no possible exclusions to this rule.
Smoking
Please do not smoke inside the apartment incl. electronic cigarettes. Fine: €150.- and termination of stay without refund.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony while the smoke does not enter the apartment, otherwise will be considered smoking inside the unit.
Quiet hours

Cleaning
Please pay attention to cleanliness. Additional cleaning fees from €50 to €150 may be charged if there is a need for special cleaning. If you use the kitchen area, please clean up by yourself.
Prices, taxes, and fees
All displayed rates are final and include VAT and local taxes. You will NOT be charged additional taxes.
The prices related to the reservation of the Services are indicated before, during, and after the reservation.
For Accommodation Services, the prices shown are per apartment for the number of people and date selected.
When confirming the reservation of a Service, the total price is indicated to the customer in the amount with taxes included in the business currency of the hotel (which in some cases may be different from the local currency) and is valid only for the period indicated on our website.
If the payment of the total price of the booked Service is made at the hotel in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the currency exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. Note that if a conversion of the currency confirmed on the reservation into another currency appears on the Site, it is given only for informational purposes and is not contractual, especially given the possible change of exchange rates between the reservation date and the dates of stay at the Establishment.
Unless otherwise stated on the Site, the options (for example, breakfast, half-board, full-board, etc.) that are not offered during the reservation of the Service are not included in the price.
The tourist tax, presented during the reservation process is included in the price.
The prices take account of the VAT applicable on the day of the reservation and any change of the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price indicated on the billing date.
Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory fees imposed by the competent authorities will automatically be reflected in the price indicated on the billing date.
Finally, some promotional offers may be available only on the Site and sold exclusively on the internet, and may not be available at the reception.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of 150EUR is paid in cash or by credit card before check-in.
It is possible to be paid in the following currencies:

The deposit is fully refundable at checkout in the currency and payment method used for its payment.
Any damages caused during your stay will be deducted from the deposit at checkout. If the damages exceed the amount of the deposit, the customer is obligated to cover the whole amount of the damage.
Refunds
In case of a refund, the amount will be refunded to its original payment method and currency within 7 working days.
Cash payments can be refunded only in cash.
Payment
The online payment methods (cards, wallet, etc.) available and mentioned on the payment page of our website may be Visa and Mastercard, American Express, JCC, Diners, Sofort, and iDeal. This list is subject to change.
We accept card payments with Visa and Mastercard at the reception.
Cash payments in EUR, USD, RON, GBP, and BGN are acceptable according to the rate stated in the reception.
The customer provides his/her payment information to prepay the reservation before the stay, as a guarantee of the reservation, or as a result of the online check-out procedure (secure entry by SSL encryption) when it is a credit card: the credit card number, without spaces between the figures, its date of validity (it is noted that the bank card used must be valid at the time of stay) and the security code as part of a pre-payment on the payment platforms mentioned below.
Marty's (Kamerun Ltd) has chosen Stripe Payment Services (i.e. Payment Service Provider) to secure online payments by bank cards. The credit card of the customer is examined for its validity by these partners and can be refused for several reasons: card stolen or blocked, limit reached, input error, etc. In the event of any problem, the customer will have to approach his/her bank and the hotel or any other entity to confirm his/her reservation of the service and payment method.
Customers must present the credit card to the reception that they used to guarantee the reservation or make the pre-payment. We may also ask the customer to present an identification document for credit card fraud prevention.
If the customer has not pre-paid for his/her stay online, upon arrival we will ask the customer for a deposit or an authorization to debit the credit card to guarantee payment of the sums corresponding to the services consumed on-site.
At the time of pre-payment, the amount that is debited when reserving the Service includes the total amount indicated at the time of reservation (including all applicable taxes) and, if applicable, the price of the options selected by the customer.
An invoice will be sent in electronic format to the e-mail address communicated by the customer on request. If the customer wishes to receive an invoice in paper format, he/she must expressly request this at reception.
Reservations processing
The Customer chooses any Service presented on our website or those of our partners by following the process provided for this purpose.
Once the reservation is processed, the customer will receive an email with a confirmation, reservation number, and all details.
